Kumoricon 2014 takes over downtown Vancouver, spanning two nearby hotels: The Hilton Vancouver Washington and the Red Lion Hotel Vancouver at the Quay. With ample meeting space and the beautiful Esther Short Park located just across the street from the main convention area, Vancouver, Washington has opened its doors and hearts to anime fans for Labor Day weekend! Our two hotels are located a short, 3- to 5-minute walk apart.

Hotel rooms at our event hotels, as well as several additional lodging hotels, are available at a discounted rate for attendees.

How to Reserve a Room

No matter where you reserve, remember:

• Sold out? If no rooms are available, try adjusting the dates of your search and trying with a lower occupancy search. Some hotels are completely sold out, but rooms may open due to cancellations from time to time.
• Card: Rooms require a credit or debit card to reserve, but it won't be charged until you arrive.
• Taxes: Prices listed do not include taxes.
• Accomodations and requests: If you are aware of any ADA needs or requests, please list those when reserving your room.

Hilton Vancouver Washington

Online:

1. Click here for the Kumoricon 2014 Hilton Vancouver Washington reservation website.
2. Click "Book a Room".
3. Enter the dates, number of rooms, number of guests, and other choices for your reservation, and then click "Continue". You will automatically receive the Kumoricon rate when using this process; you don't need to enter a code.
4. Choose from the available reservation types, and then click "Select".
5. On the next page, fill out guest, contact, and payment details to complete your reservation.

Red Lion Hotel Vancouver at the Quay

Online:

2. When your search begins, your reservation is set to begin on Thursday, August 28 with checkout on Monday, September 1 (four nights). You can change the start and end dates if you wish. Please set the dates to your liking by clicking "Change My Search" and then clicking in the arrive and depart text boxes in the upper left.
3. Your reservation is initially set to 1 adult. Please click "Change My Search" and then click the "Adults" and "Children" fields to set the number of adults and children in the room.
4. If you changed the check-in date, check-out date, or number of people in the room, click "Check Availability" to update the search.
5. Select the room type and rate, and click "Add to cart & continue shopping" or "Add to cart & checkout" to continue.
