Altonimbus Entertainment is an Oregon non-profit mutual benefit corporation organized to host Kumoricon and other events which promote Japanese animation and related cultural and entertainment media. Altonimbus Entertainment is made up of volunteers at all levels, including the Board of Directors. The organization is governed by its bylaws.
