Panelist Application
Panel Form – This form allows you to apply to run a panel or event at the convention. Our schedules are built on these forms, so they are mandatory for all persons running a panel. This form is due no later than 11:59pm, August 1, 2017. After the deadline, all panel forms will be reviewed, and applicants will be notified via email whether or not their panel was accepted. Space is limited, so panels are approved selectively. Submitting a form does not automatically approve your panel. Your panel is only final if and when you receive written approval from the Panels Manager or Director of Programming.

Come join this 14-table event; new players welcome! Experience D&D like you never have in this 8-hour interactive event.
Brave the challenges of The Lost Temples of Lake Luo with five stalwart companions in a race against time as you face vile monsters, diabolic puzzles, and inscrutable NPCs. This event will space nearly 8 hours of continuous play. Bring your existing Adventurers League character of up to 10th level or create a new one at 1st level. The D&D Open is open to all challengers. Tiers 1-4, 5-7, and 8-10.
Saturday 10am-6:30pm, with a half-hour lunch break. Please arrive 15 minutes early to secure your seat.
