If you have a concern or incident that you would like to report involving the behavior of another person at Kumoricon, or one of our events, you may report that using this form.

Reports submitted on this form will be sent to the Director of Operations and their executive assistants. Information may be shared with other staff on a need-to-know basis, and may be processed in accordance with the organization adjudication policy. Depending on case-by-case circumstances, it may be necessary for us to communicate with the person who is the subject of a complaint. The adjudication policy describes the factors that will be considered in such a situation.

As an alternative to submitting this form you may also email the Human Relationship point of contact at hr@kumoricon.org.

After you submit this form, a member of our staff will contact you within 72 hours (at the latest) to confirm receipt. Please be aware that it may take longer than initial acknowledgement to reply to the substance of your report. If you do not receive acknowledgement in 72 hours (in addition to the automated receipt that is sent immediately upon submission), please email operations@kumoricon.org, or use an alternative means of contacting us, to inquire about your report.
