Here is the tentative general meeting schedule leading up to the 2010 convention. Each date may change pending confirmation of its location, particularly to the opposite day in the given weekend.
Before planning to attend a meeting, check the meeting details in the calendar and check to see if the date is still tentative, or whether it has been confirmed.
- Saturday, March 6 – Eugene or Springfield, OR (updated and confirmed date)
- Saturday, April 17 – Portland, OR – followed by staff social event
- Sunday, May 16 – Portland, OR or Vancouver, WA
- Saturday, June 19 – Eugene or Springfield, OR
- Sunday, July 11 – Salem, OR – followed by staff social event
- Saturday, August 7 – Portland, OR
- Sunday, August 22 – Portland, OR
