Please use the reservation link above to book at your desired hotel (note that each hotel has their own reservation link).
Dates available: When your search begins, start and end dates may be pre-selected. You may choose your reservation's start and end dates and set a shorter or longer stay than the initial dates.
Reservation deadlines: Reservations for our room blocks close on October 16, 2024, however we do not recommend waiting as our room blocks often sell out before this date.
Sold out? If an individual room type is not displayed, it likely means that our block in that hotel is sold out. If your search does not show any available booking options, try adjusting the dates of your search and/or try lowering the occupancy search. If any night of your selected date range is not available, your search will not return any booking options. Please keep in mind, rooms may become available due to cancellations from time to time up until the block cutoff date.
Card: Rooms require a credit or debit card to reserve, but it won't be charged until you arrive.
Accommodations and requests: If you are aware of any accessibility needs or requests, please list those under the "Add special requests" link when reserving your room.
Changes / cancellations: When you book in one of our official room blocks, there are no fees or penalties if you need to change or cancel your reservation, so long as they are received at least 72 hours prior to your check-in date. Please contact the hotel directly for changes and their specific terms.

Please note, we do not have the ability to view or change individual reservations, only the hotel will be able to directly answer questions or make changes to an existing reservation.

Notice
When you stay in any of our official room blocks, Altonimbus Entertainment may receive a small portion of your reservation fee to help support convention costs. This not only helps to support Kumoricon but allows us to show the city the value we bring each year, negotiate better rates, and keep our costs low.
Booking rooms directly or through other sites means your hotel participation may not be counted, so please consider supporting us by booking in our block.
