Annual Membership Meeting on December 9

The annual meeting of the membership will take place on December 9, 2023, at 12:00 noon. The meeting will be held entirely online and is open to the public. Additional participation is open to Altonimbus members (Kumoricon staff).

The meeting will be streamed in real time on Kumoricon's Twitch channel and on our public Discord server. Current staff, potential staff, and any other members of the public are welcome to attend.

This meeting will hold the public speeches and question-and-comment periods for the seven out of nine board positions that are elected by the membership. Nominations, questions, and comments will be opening soon for this election, and will be announced on our public Discord server and staff mailing list.

The vote for the election will take place from Thursday, December 7, at 8:00pm, Pacific Time, to Tuesday, December 12, at 8:00pm, Pacific Time. We will use ElectionBuddy, a third-party platform, to vote in this election. All members will receive emailed voting instructions.

If you are a voting member (staff) of Kumoricon, you may officially participate in this meeting, including counting toward quorum and the ability to vote, using the procedures listed on the meetings page.
