Reservation guidelines

• Ticket purchase can be made online up through the pre-purchase deadline.
• If space is still available, ticket purchase may be made at the Programming Office up through the at-con purchase deadline. When making an at-con purchase, please be prepared to provide name, number of guests, and any accommodations or requests. (Ex: We have a wheelchair, I have a service animal, food allergies, etc.)
• Payment is due at the time of reservation, and is per-person and non-refundable.
• Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the event. Doors for ticket-holders open 15 minutes prior to the event.
