Kumoricon 2013 takes over downtown Vancouver, spanning two prominent hotels in the area: The Hilton Vancouver Washington and the Red Lion Hotel Vancouver at the Quay. With ample meeting space and the beautiful Esther Short Park located just across the street from the main convention area, Vancouver, Washington has opened its doors and hearts to anime fans for Labor Day weekend! Our two hotels are located a short, 3- to 5-minute walk apart.

Kumoricon's primary hotel for 2013 is the Hilton Vancouver Washington, located in the heart of downtown.

Kumoricon room rates at the Hilton per night (not including tax):

• Room occupancy 1 to 2: $119
• Room occupancy 3 to 4: $139

Please note that there is a $50 fee for early departure. Please confirm your check-out date at the time you check in. If you need to change the length of your reservation, please inform the Hilton of your updated check-out date at or before the time that you check in to avoid an early departure fee.

Please remember to include applicable taxes and fees in your budgeting, as Washington does have sales tax!

How to reserve a room at the Hilton online:

1. Click here for the Kumoricon 2013 Hilton Vancouver Washington reservation website.
2. Click "Book a Room".
3. Enter the dates, number of rooms, number of guests, and other choices for your reservation, and then click "Continue". You will automatically receive the Kumoricon rate when using this process; you don't need to enter a code.
4. Choose from the available reservation types, and then click "Select". (If no rooms are available, try revising your search selecting an occupancy of 1 or 2.)
5. On the next page, fill out guest, contact, and payment details to complete your reservation.

How to reserve a room at the Hilton via phone:

1. Call the Front Desk at 360-993-4500.
2. Be sure to mention "Kumoricon 2013" (or the code KUM) when making your reservation to ensure Kumoricon rates.

Red Lion Hotel Vancouver at the Quay

Kumoricon just cannot be contained in one hotel! Using the convention facilities of the Red Lion provides additional space and lodging for our guests.

Kumoricon room rates at the Red Lion are $109 per night (not including tax).

Please remember to include applicable taxes and fees in your budgeting, as Washington does have sales tax!

How to reserve a room at the Red Lion online:

1. Click here to search the Red Lion for rooms at the Kumoricon 2013 discounted rates.
2. When your search begins, your reservation is set to begin on Friday, August 30 with checkout on Monday, September 2 (three nights). You can change the start and end dates if you wish. Please set the dates to your liking by clicking the calendar icon next to the "Arrive" and "Depart" fields.
3. Your reservation is initially set to 1 adult. Please click in the "Adults" and "Children" fields to set the number of adults and children in the room.
4. If you changed the check-in date, check-out date, or number of people in the room, click "search again" to update the search.
5. Select the room type and rate, and click "Add to cart & continue shopping" or "Add to cart & checkout" to continue. (If no rooms are available, try revising your search selecting an occupancy of 1 or 2.)

New this year, Kumoricon provides discounted rooms at additional hotels to accomodate as many of our attendees as possible.

• Standard 2 Double Beds: $91.49
• Standard 2 Queen Beds: $99.49
• King Suite: $109.49
