Charity Auction Donation Form

For Kumoricon 2019, we're excited to continue to dedicate our charity proceeds toward two beneficiaries: OHSU's Doernbecher Children's Hospital and The Greeney Family Fund for Japanese Track Scholarships at The International School. Donations may be brought to the convention; however, we may decide to hold the donation for a future auction. If you are mailing items, please include a printed copy of the emailed form receipt with the mailed items. We reserve the right to accept or reject any donation. Please email charity@kumoricon.org if you have any questions.

Items can be accepted at any Kumoricon general meeting. If you'd prefer to mail your donation, please contact charity@kumoricon.org for the mailing address.
