The DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Portland is conveniently located along a MAX light rail route, serviced every few minutes by trains on the Red, Green, and Blue lines, two very short train stops from the Oregon Convention Center. It is also a short distance on foot.

Please be aware that when your search begins, the maximum possible dates are pre-selected (a six-night stay). Make sure to select your desired dates in order to see availability.

Card: Rooms require a credit or debit card to reserve, but it won't be charged until you arrive.

Accommodations and requests: If you are aware of any ADA needs or requests, please list those under the "Add special requests" link when reserving your room.

Changes: Cancellations must be made by 72 hours prior to check-in date to avoid penalties. Booking for Kumoricon Staff

Notice to Kumoricon staff: If you are a staff member for Kumoricon 2019, please book your room now using the above reservation form. We will have a very limited number of further discounted room-nights available at the staff rate, which we will apply to existing reservations after you apply. Each qualifying and selected staff member staying in the room will receive a discount for one night of the reservation (up to a maximum of four nights). For example, if two qualifying and selected staff members are staying in the room, then two nights of the reservation will be at the discounted staff rate and the remaining nights will be at the standard discounted attendee rate.

Due to the limited number of staff rate room-nights, we will use a priority system to select eligible staff. Considerations will include the distance you are traveling to the convention and the number of staff sharing the room (three or four is best). Eligible nights to receive the staff discount are Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday nights. After reserving your room through the link above, you must apply on the Kumoricon staff website to receive the staff rate.
