Postponement notice: All hotel reservations for the original Kumoricon 2020 dates made through the booking link on this page or within our room block at the Hyatt Regency Portland were cancelled automatically. They were not transferred to 2021. You will need to re-book for the 2021 dates.

The Hyatt Regency Portland is right across the street from the Oregon Convention Center! Both locations are conveniently located along a MAX light rail route, serviced every few minutes by trains on the Red, Green, and Blue lines.

Dates available: Discounted rates apply to reservations that fall on or within Thursday, November 4, 2021, to Monday, November 8, 2021. You may choose your reservation's start and end date. Discounted rates may in some cases extend before and after November 4–8 (availability is limited).

Reservation deadline: Booking closes on October 12, 2021. (Rooms may sell out before then.)

Sold out? If no rooms are available, try adjusting the dates of your search and/or trying with a lower occupancy search. Rooms may become available due to cancellations from time to time. Please be aware that when your search begins, Thursday–Monday dates are pre-selected (a four-night stay). If any night of your selected range is available, your search will not find availability. Make sure to select your desired dates in order to see availability.

Card: Rooms require a credit or debit card to reserve, but it won't be charged until you arrive.

Accommodations and requests: If you are aware of any ADA needs or requests, please list those under the "Add special requests" link when reserving your room.

Changes: Cancellations must be made by 48 hours prior to check-in date to avoid penalties. If you need to change or cancel an existing reservation, please visit the Hyatt Regency Portland front page, open the menu in the top left, and select "My Reservations".

When you stay at the convention hotel using the official reservation link, a small portion of your reservation cost is credited toward the convention's Oregon Convention Center rental. Staying with our hotel helps support the convention.

Notice to Kumoricon staff: If you are a staff member for Kumoricon 2021, please book your room using the above reservation form now. We will have a limited number of further discounted room-nights available at the staff rate, which we will apply to existing reservations after you apply.
